Conditions of Hire

Change over day is generally Friday in peak times, but this is flexible by prior agreement.

Check in is 4pm, but the house might be ready earlier than this.

Check out is 10am.

We kindly request a 20% deposit to secure a booking (via BACS, Debit / Credit card, or cheque).

The deposit is non refundable, unless we can re-let the house in which case we will refund in full (less any banking charges if incurred).

The outstanding balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.

We strongly recommend you take out holiday insurance.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay (2 large, 3 medium - more on request). We charge £35 per dog per stay. Please be aware that there may be sheep in the surrounding fields. Please keep your dog downstairs and use throws on the sofas (some provided). Please do not leave your dog unattended in the property, and kindly pick up after them.

Occupancy is limited to the maximum number of persons for the house as stated in your booking. No additional camp beds, tents, caravans or campervans are allowed.

Sorry no smoking or vaping inside the cottage.

Sorry no Hen or Stag parties.

The owners Dave and Julie are available on site for most change over days - please get in touch if you need anything.
